VITA Coaching
VITA stands for more than just coaching; it represents a commitment to vitality, inspiration, transformation, and awareness in every aspect of health and wellness.
"Vitalizing" means to give strength, energy, or life to something or someone. It refers to the process of making someone feel vigorous and full of life, often through practices that enhance physical and mental well-being. This can include activities like exercise, proper nutrition, stress management, and other health-promoting behaviors that contribute to an overall sense of vitality and energy.
How to get started?
As a practicum student, I am currently offering coaching sessions to clients in select communities. Please ensure that you choose the community that you were referred to me through. Thank you for your cooperation as we work together to create positive impacts that I hope will have lasting change for you, the organizations you are a part of, and for me as I grow as a coach.
